How does the birthday organization formula work ?
– I invite my friends, and I reserve my birthday date (the ideal is to choose two dates in case of bad weather and give them to his friends).

– I choose my activities, addicted, outdoor laser game or both (plan the day): see individual price. Admission is offered to the child who celebrates his birthday from 6 invited children.

After the effort, comfort! I can bring my birthday cake but I can also choose the birthday snack formula for €5 per child: individual ice cream or waffle/crepe with sugar + a drink of your choice per child.

In the picnic area, we blow out the candles, we unwrap the gifts and we taste with friends in the heart of the forest. Then we have fun in the ball net while waiting for the parents to pick us up.

Management

Like all adventure courses in France, the practice is said to be “free” and under the mandatory supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The role of park operators is not personalized but global monitoring. We recommend at least 1 accompanying parent or an adult for 6 children with the agreement of the parents or guardian of the children entrusted and to have it in writing.

And the weather in all this ?

Happy Forest Park is a very secure park. All routes are passable in rainy weather. It is an outdoor activity and you just have to equip yourself accordingly. If despite everything, you consider the weather too uncertain, a free postponement is possible, before the scheduled date.

Example of a birthday afternoon:

At 1:30/2:00 p.m. (depending on park opening hours) my guests arrive.

at 2:00 p.m./2:15 p.m. the operators equip the children for 2:30/3:00 a.m. of activity.

at 4:45 p.m./5:00 p.m. we taste, we open the gifts then we jump in the ball net

at 5:30 p.m. the parents come to pick up the children.

The park closes at 6:00 p.m./6:30 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. depending on the season.

Beyond 10 children, please refer to the group rates. The admission offer offered to the child who celebrates his birthday cannot be combined with the group offer.

It is possible to bring your birthday snack: in this case, the management declines all responsibility for the health risks related to the foodstuffs that you are led to bring into the park: cakes, drinks…
