Tickets are sent within 72 working hours outside the closing periods for annual holidays (which can occur from November to February only). They are not refundable.

For 25/12 any order made before 23/12, tickets are guaranteed to be received on time.

In case of force majeure, they can be reimbursed with 10% deduction for the costs incurred.
